Pre-Forking

Similar to forking, but processes don't exit() after a request is processed
Instead, they "hang about" and wait for another request
Relatively easy to go from Forking->Pre-Forking
Faster than Forking - no fork() overhead
Again, each request requires a process, so there's still overhead
