Performance bottlenecks

Too much parsing
HTTP server reply headers are
Parsed when they come in from the server
Packed when they are stored in the StoreEntry via storeAppend()
Parsed when they come out of storeClientCopy()
Packed when they are sent to the client

The hdr object needs to be extended and then passed as part of a request/reply
